My name is Gailen David

I’ve reinvented my life more than once.

After being fired from a corporate job, I rebuilt myself as a TV producer — a move that looked like an upgrade.

And in many ways, it was.

But without a clear vision, I built in compromises I didn’t recognize until later.

That experience taught me something essential.

Clarity is not something you add later. It’s what everything else builds on.

The next time I restarted, I designed from my actual requirements, natural strengths, and how I wanted my life to feel.

My role isn’t to tell people what to do.

It’s to help them pause long enough to hear what’s already true — and move forward from there.

If that approach resonates, this is where people usually begin →
